Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. We have a 30-day no questions asked return policy. 

1. Return Policy

• Please contact us within 30 days from the day you received your order.
• All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.
• For returns other than product quality issues, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. We do not accept returned items sent back without prior authorization from our customer service team.

2. How to Return

• Please initiate a return in the return center.
• Or contact us via support@hobolite.com. Our service team will send you the return address and requirements.
• Send a return tracking number to our email after you have returned the package.

3. Refund

• Once we have received and inspected your return package, we will issue a refund and send you a notification email. It will be processed within 1-3 business days after we have received your return package.
